EPWNG Committees


Diversity Committee: To be introduced to help target professional women of different race, culture and ethnicity that are not evenly present within our current membership base

Meeting Administration Committee: The MAC committee members will lead North Shore, Chicago and Western Suburb meetings. Responsibilities include arriving 10 minutes before each EPWNG meeting, checking in members, handing out the Needs Sheet, communicating important monthly announcements, meeting and greeting guests, and preparing paperwork at the end of each meeting.

Membership Recruiting: The Membership Recruiting Committee develops strategies to target professional women to become members of EPWNG.  The committee sets membership goals, implements recruiting strategies, and educates EPWNG members on recruitment goals.

Newsletter: The Newsletter committee creates monthly content for EPWNG Newsletter - currently only sent to members, but considering sending to others in our database

Professional Speakers of EPWNG (PSOE): The PSOE will coordinate educational seminars and programming offered by our EPWNG members to businesses and organizations in the Chicagoland area.  The goal is to offer one to two speaking engagements per year comprised of a panel of our professional service providers.

Social/Educational Speakers Committee: The Social/Educational Speakers Committee leads members in creating smaller, more intimate social gatherings and coordinating Speaker Events to educate our members.

Social Media Committee: The Social Media committee manages all of EPWNG’s current social media platforms as well as evaluates the suitability of expanding EPWNG’s social media presence

Sponsorship CommitteeTo be introduced to target members' companies and other companies/organizations within the community interested in targeting the professional women's marketplace to help support our programming, messaging and growth.
