EPWNG Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Mission Statement
EPWNG’s Diversity initiative is aimed toward education and awareness around diversity and inclusion in our organization’s culture. Driving strength through diversity, inclusion and respect, and cultivating an environment where women leaders thrive, are key components of our initiative and the message we want to portray. We believe diversity and celebration of differences enrich our organization. Diversity is an integral part of how we operate and how we see EPWNG’s future. Our commitment is to better develop relationships with minority business women, and to work to increase the diversity of our EPWNG membership. We wish to widen the scope of women helping one another to grow their businesses by supporting and empowering our members through personal and professional connections.
